User Privacy Choices
Use this page to learn how to manage privacy choices for Attune Suite iOS apps, including Attune Suite Demo and the Психолог Андрій Жельветро practice app.

Manage Device Permissions
You can change camera, microphone, location, calendar, photo-library, and notification permissions in iOS Settings at any time. Disabling a permission may limit the related feature, such as audio/video calls, waiting-room location confirmation, calendar export, saving chat photos, or push notifications.
Notifications
Push notifications are optional and use generic non-PHI text. You can turn notifications off in iOS Settings. If you are signed into a live practice account, the app may also offer profile notification settings that update your account preferences.
Access, Correction, And Copies
For practice-controlled clinical records, session details, messages, documents, recordings, forms, tests, or patient rights requests, contact your clinician or practice first. Attune Suite supports the practice according to the applicable agreement and law. For Attune Suite account, website, support, or business-contact data, email info@attunesuite.com.
Deletion And Account Deactivation
If your account belongs to a practice, ask the practice to deactivate your account or process deletion requests for practice-controlled data. Some records may need to be retained for legal, clinical, audit, backup, security, or contractual reasons. App Review demo data is synthetic and local to the device; deleting the app removes that local demo data.
Sale, Sharing, And Advertising Choices
Attune Suite does not sell personal information, does not sell protected health information, and does not use app data for third-party advertising. If that changes, we will update the privacy policy and provide any required opt-out choices before using the data in that way.
