App Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Attune Suite processes information through its iOS apps, including Attune Suite Demo and the Психолог Андрій Жельветро practice app.

Effective date: June 4, 2026

Who This Policy Covers

The apps are intended for invited patients, clinicians, supervisors, administrators, and other authorized practice users. Access to a live practice workspace is controlled by the practice or organization that invited you. The App Review demo account uses synthetic local data on the device and does not create real patient records.

Information We Collect

Depending on your account, practice configuration, and the features you use, the apps may process:

  • Account details such as name, email address, role, organization, profile settings, and authentication state.
  • Session information such as appointments, waiting-room status, calendar actions, and telehealth participation.
  • Messages, attachments, shared files, documents, assigned tests, forms, and related metadata.
  • Telehealth information such as call presence, connection quality, recording-consent signals, and optional audio recordings or transcripts when enabled by the practice and accepted by the user where required.
  • Device and service information such as app version, device type, operating system, IP address, security events, diagnostic logs, and non-PHI telemetry used to operate and secure the service.
  • Push notification tokens if you enable notifications. Notification payloads are designed to be generic and avoid protected health information.

Device Permissions

Camera and microphone are requested only for audio or video call flows. Location is requested only when a practice requires waiting-room location or address confirmation. Calendar access is requested only when you choose to add a session to your calendar. Photo library add access is requested only when you choose to save a chat photo.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, secure, maintain, and improve the apps and related Attune Suite services.
  • Authenticate users, enforce roles, route users to the correct organization, and protect accounts.
  • Support scheduling, waiting-room, telehealth, messaging, file, document, test, form, notification, and profile workflows.
  • Process recording consent, recordings, transcripts, or AI-assisted documentation only when the practice enables those features and the workflow permits it.
  • Provide customer support, investigate errors, prevent misuse, maintain audit records, and comply with legal or contractual obligations.

How We Share Information

We share information with the practice or organization that controls your account, with authorized users according to their roles, with service providers that help operate the service, with integrations your practice or account authorizes, and when required for security, legal compliance, or safety. We do not sell personal information, do not sell protected health information, and do not use app data for third-party advertising.

Health Information And Practice Requests

When Attune Suite processes protected health information for a healthcare practice, we generally act as a service provider or business associate for that practice. Requests about clinical records, corrections, access, deletion, or patient rights should usually be sent directly to your clinician or practice. We support the practice as required by the applicable agreement and law.

Retention And Security

Live practice data is retained according to the practice agreement, product settings, legal obligations, backups, audit requirements, and applicable law. Demo data is synthetic and local to the device. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption, monitoring, and private backend storage paths. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

Your Choices And Rights

You can manage app permissions in iOS Settings and can disable optional push notifications. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of certain personal information. For practice-controlled clinical data, contact your practice first. For Attune Suite account, website, or support privacy questions, contact us at info@attunesuite.com. For practical steps, visit User Privacy Choices.

Children, Emergencies, And Changes

The apps are not directed to children for self-service use. Minors may use practice-enabled workflows only as configured and authorized by the practice, parent or guardian, and applicable law. The apps are not emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, call local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department. We may update this policy from time to time, and the effective date will show the latest version.
